| Scope | Supply, Installation, Customization and Deployment of Project Document Management System and the related components pertaining to QP requirements using Solaris and Windows platforms provided by QP. Provide Server and User licenses and other related software components. All Software shall be purchased and registered in Company's name. Complete and successfully migrate all project data, drawings and documents from the current system "ASSAI" to the proposed PDC system. The migration shall be accomplished without downtime. End User Training and Technical Training for QP personnel. One (1) Year, Guarantee Period starting the day after going live in production, followed by Three (3) Years Maintenance and Support of all Software components encompassing the PDMS solution. Three (3) years fulltime on-site support personnel. |
