| Scope | The scope is the Provision of Offshore Drilling Support Services in the field for drilling one firm and one optional exploration/appraisal wells to an estimated depth of 4,000-m anytime during Q3-Q4 2012. Supply Vessel / AHTS Services (Category: 3.08.01 Tugs/ROV Support/Diving Support Vessels, 3.08.02 Barges, 3.08.17 Supply Vessels) Contractor shall provide OSV, PSV, FSIV, Barges and AHTS to support the drilling operations. Diving / ROV Services (Category: 3.06.03 Diving/ROV/Submersible Operations, 3.07.07 Diving/ROV Operations) Contractor shall provide diving/ROV services with necessary inspected and certified industry standard diving equipment with qualified divers for all offshore subsea or other work. Helicopter Services (Category: 3.08.03 Air Transport Services of Passengers and Freight) Contractor shall provide 10 or 12 seater helicopter, operated and maintained in accordance with international standards with associated services for regular crew change between the rig or other offshore installation and Port Harcourt NAF base or Port Harcourt international airport. Contractor should be able to send helicopter for MEDEVAC purpose on a short notice. Helicopter shall be equipped with a minimum of twin engines, instrument flight rule equipment in accordance with the international regulation (ICAO). The crew for each helicopter shall consist of two pilots: one captain ATPL IFR qualified, cumulating more than 3,000 flight hours and more than 100 hours on type and one co-pilot CPL IFR qualified, cumulating more than 1,000 flight hours and more than 100 hours on type. |
