| Scope | The Contractor shall provide Water Well Services for Oil and Gas wells and shall provide the expertise, all necessary tools / equipment and materials for performance of the Services. The Contractor shall manage, direct, supervise perform and control the Services and all associated obligations and operations as described in this Contract including the provision of personnel, transportation, operation, maintenance and repair of equipment with all ancillary and associated items and shall assume the obligations, liabilities, and rights as specified in the Contract. Consequently, except where explicitly stated as being provided by Company herein, Contractor shall perform all the Services. The water well support work locations shall be an area based in (North Kuwait, West Kuwait, and South and East Kuwait) and adequate equipment, vehicles, and manpower must always be available to be able to carry out ESP operations in all 3 areas simultaneously whenever needed. |
