| Scope | The Services by way of summary comprise: Maintenance, including inspection and surveys, daily routine maintenance, scheduled periodic maintenance, emergency repairs, installation, modification and repair of the existing Company communication facilities within its operational fields, all necessary resources, personnel, equipment, vehicles and consumables and as further described in this Contract; Supply of critically needed material as and when directed by the Company; and Performance of non-maintenance work as directed by the Company. The Contractor shall provide the Services as and when and on any location on Site as directed by the Company. Due to the heterogeneous scope of activities and range of skills required, Contractor shall be required to adopt a “mix” of sourcing models (SLA-driven and Manpower-driven) for the Services. ’Manpower-driven’ refers to augmentation of manpower and services performed by such personnel and also referred to as ‘non-SLA based services’ herein the document. |
