Scope | The Services to be carried out by the Contractor the complete procedure for INLINE inspection, repair and mothballing of 48” submarine line. The following main activities are envisaged in order to complete the subject task, but are not limited to the same. i) Internal inspection of 48” Submarine non-piggable pipeline using High Resolution MFL or Ultrasonic intelligent tools and Geographical mapping of the pipeline. ii) Select proper inspection tool to carry out inspection. It can be tool, cable-pull tool, crawler or any other suitable method. iii) Carry out necessary internal cleaning by running cleaning pigs. iv) All required mechanical modifications to carry out the work and restoring back after completion. v) Provision of all necessary equipment like pumps, storage tanks, vacuum tanker etc., lifting & transportation equipment. vi) All necessary marine equipment like barges, tankers etc. vii) Divers for subsea work. viii) contingency plan in case of pig stuck and removal of stuck pig from the pipelines ix) post inspection restoration of the lines to operational status and moth balling of the pipelines after inspection; x) Submission of final run survey report and present the report in KOC premises; xi) Carry out fitness-for-purpose assessment and present a report on same. xii) Repairs based on inspection report and KOC procedures. xiii) Mothballing of the pipeline for long term isolation. |
