The Project objective is to integrate the feed streams of NGL-1 and NGL-4 plants coming from various sources in order to process any of the feeds in any of the fractionation trains available in NGL-1 or NGL-4 plants. The existing feed storage vessels 6939-V-02A/B/C (currently serving NGL-4 plant) shall be used as buffer to store any excess feed to these NGL plants during plant upsets or shutdown. The existing feed storage vessels 6939-V-02A/B/C have the capacity to store raw NGL feed from NGL-1 or NGL-4 up to 8 hours production. (capacity of vessels 6939-V-02A/B/C is 1458 tonnes).
The proposed feed integration arrangement for NGL-1 and NGL-4 plants will enable QP to have flexible and smooth operations and minimise product loss due to any plant upset or shutdown. The proposed feed integration shall provide optimum piping modifications to improve processing flexibility by mitigating the present limitations for routing of feed to available spare capacity. Export fiscal metering systems shall be provided for Propane and Butane going to NGL Jetty. A common export fiscal metering system for Condensate going through NGL Jetty or MPB shall also be provided. |
