Scope | The Scope of the service comprises the following: - To build a coarse grid South-Ratqa full field static model using Petrl. This model will be used for development well planning needs and will not be utilized for dynamic simulation. - To build three fine grids static Sector Geological Models in the North, South, Southwest areas of South-Ratqa field which should enclose the planned two 49 wells pilot tests areas. - To build two Dynamic models which should be fully calibrated utilizing available cold production as well as thermal production data for each area. - To build different prediction scenarios and come-up with the most optimal case including patterconfiguration, well spacing, optimum completion strategy etc. - To build Field scale prediction scenario with high, medium and low side case. - To carry out economic analysis for different prediction cases including field scale - To evaluate the recovery processes including other E+OR methods to be piloted and recommend the most cost-effective and efficient recovery process(es), pattern configuration and well spacing. - Identification of key risks and mitigation plans. - Quarterly presentation on the progress of the study either in Kuwait or at the Consultant’s office - A final presentation with a comprehensive report documenting all the techniques and methodologies utilized to create both the static and dynamic models at completion of the study. |
