Scope of Work: The Services comprise design, supply, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of the Facility to the Company for the injection well in Dharif Reservoir, collecting and reporting well productions data. The contractor shall perform the services in two stages: Stage-1 of the services comprising design, construction and commissioning of the facility to be completed in accordance with the contract. The major elements of the Stage-1 are: (a) Detailed design and engineering for selection of equipment and materials for the Facility and preparing plant, equipment and piping layouts; (b) Site preparations for the Facility; (c) Procurement, Supply, Inspection, testing, installation, commissioning of all equipment and auxiliaries, provision of all materials, consumables and all necessary labour, plant and equipment for installation, tie-in work with the Company’s facilities, testing and commissioning of the Facility; (d) Carry out hazard and operability studies (HAZOP), environmental impact assessment (EIA) study related to the Facility and Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) and implement its recommendation; and (e) Completion of all other works necessary required in accordance with the Technical Specification and those required for providing the Company with a proven and operable Facility. Stage-2 of the services comprising operation and maintenance of the facility, the major elements are: (a) Operation of the Facility throughout the Stage-2 complying with the Performance Requirements; (b) Preventive and corrective maintenance to achieve maximum operational availability; (c) Provision of manpower, supervision, materials, chemicals, lubricant, fuel, all consumables and any other item or work required for operations and maintenance of the facility and to ensure high operational integrity and availability of the facilities; (d) Periodic calibration of all measuring instruments ensuring hundred percent (100%) availability of all such instruments which are intended to provide measurement of the performance parameters as per Contract; (e) Inspection to verify performance parameters; (f) Maintaining stock of essential and critical spare parts and replacing the spare parts as and when required; (g) Providing power generation with a 100% standby generator and all associated system to supply power to operate the Facility; (h) Providing Site office and stores, fencing and shelters as required; (i) Cleaning and house keeping on daily basis; (j) Painting of the Facility and associated structures periodically as required; (k) Collect the samples of water and carry out necessary analysis/checks for quality assurance, as and when required; (l) Supplying and injecting appropriate dosage of chemicals into the injection water; (m) Safeguarding the Facility; and (n) All other works connected with operations, maintenance, health, safety and environment and integrity of the plant, though not specifically stated herein. |
