No.: 25.08.3643 Issue Date: 01/03/2009 Bid Closing Date: 15/04/2009 Offer Validity: (120) days from the Bid Closing Date Bond Validity: (90) days from the Bid Closing Date Fee: 600 USD Bid Bond: 1% From the total value of tender price Scope of Work: South Oil Company / Missan oil fields intend to install a new suitable oily effluent water treatment unit (Coalescer) for Buzurgan crude oil treatment center, used to treat oily salt water leaving three stock tank oil desalting units at above treatment terminal parallel with the existing API seperator. Scope of supply cover design, engineering, delivery of equipments CIF Um Qasr, All necessary documents such as PFD'S, PID'S, Isometric drawings & all required documents, Assisting field construction & unit commissioning, Training of Missan's engineers to reduce field assistance also approval of project design & drawing before starting material delivery. Oily water coalescer vessel should be designed to reduce the oil content of the effluent water to less than 50 ppm by weight. The coalescer is maintained under a gas blanket using the same crude oil heater fuel gas at 4 kg/cm2. Excess gas is sent to the existing flare line. Where the treated water is discharged from the coalescer via the suitable water pumps (3x100%) with 125 m3/hr & 10 kg/cm2 discharge pressure interconnecting skid pumps piping include flexibility for a series operation if desired, also auditable recycle to maintain a constant level. The coalescer should be a skid mounted with a suitable vessel size to treat the crude at (180,000 bbl/d + 10% water content) capacity. Skimmed oil discharged to wash tank inlet at a discharge pressure of not less than 5 kg/cm2 & 25 m3/hr via a three skimmed oil pumps (3 x 100%), automatic start & stop according to level. Also contractor shall supply: 1. Electrical system 2. Control system 3. Spare parts for five years. Origin of all equipments should be USA, UK, Germany, Italy, France. |
