| Scope | Issue Date: 30/03/2009 Bid Closing Date: 15/04/2009 Email address: LibyaC&P@petro-canada.com Quote Reference Number: 03388 Fixed Wing Aviation Services (Request for ITT Document) Scope of Work: Petro-Canada Oil (North Africa) GmbH hereby announces an Invitation to Tender for a long-term contract for Fixed Wing Aviation Services in support of Petro-Canada’s exploration campaign at the Sirte Basin in Libya. 1) Aircraft A: Provision of 2-5 scheduled flights per week between Tripoli and Tibisti. A fit-for-purpose aircraft must have a seating capacity of 30-50 passengers. 2) Aircraft B: In-field aircraft based at Tibisti and used for distribution of personnel to various locations at the Sirte Basin. Same aircraft will be used for medical evacuation purposes. There will be 2-7 in-field scheduled flights weekly and the fit-for-purpose aircraft must have a seating capacity of 15-20 passengers. 3) Passenger Handling Services at Tripoli and Tibisti airport. 4) Services to be performed according to OGP Aviation Safety Standard Requirements. All interested bidders must as a minimum possess the following in order to receive the Tender Document: A) Valid Air Operator’s Certificate which complies with Civil Aviation Authorities of Libya. B) Demonstrate that relevant legal entity to be used is registered in Libya (local company or Joint Venture) Commencement of flights: September/October 2009.
