Each pipe shall be externally coated with (3 mm) (as a minimum) thickness minimum extruded polyethylene coating. The Required Pipe line as following: - 125000 MTR P/L API 5L GR. X42 6"X 0.375". - 25000 P/L MTR API 5L GR. X42 8"X 0.375". 2- Heat shrinkable sleeve: Heat shrinkable sleeve joints for coating of girth welds with specifications identical (as minimum) to those of pipe coating of open type and capable to stored at (0-65)°c. H.S.S. should be supplied with all accessories and requirements. Heat shrinkable sleeve width should be suitable for bare and distance of pipe ends with overlap for the pipe coating not less than 2 inches from each side. The required Heat shrinkable sleeve as following: - # 11000 Heat shrinkable sleeve 6". - # 2200 Heat shrinkable sleeve 8". 3- Repair kit: Supply of 1500 M2 repair kit of coating with filer material suitable for the carbon steel pipe lines.
