Scope | Bid Closing Date: May 13, 2009 Company: Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited (MPN) Address:The Manager, Upstream Services Procurement, Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited, Mobil House, Lekki Expressway, Victoria Island, P.M.B. 12054, Lagos, Nigeria Scope of Work: Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited (MPN), Operator of the NNPC/MPN Joint Venture require the services of competent and qualified Nigerian Companies to provide Surface Well Testing & Sampling Equipment and Services in respect of its 2010 – 2012 Drilling Program. The company therefore seeks expression of interest from interested and reputable Companies with suitable and relevant experience for pre-qualification as a first step in the procurement process for the provision of Surface Well Testing & Sampling Equipment and Services. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: - Equipment and Personnel for Surface Well Testing and Sampling of drill stem testing, workover, and well clean up operations. - Surface oil and gas separator and sampling equipment for PVT analysis. Operating Conditions: The work will be performed on up to 6 Jack-up drilling rigs in water depths of up to 310ft. Equipment and materials provided must be compatible with and capable of operating in the Nigerian offshore environment. Maximum anticipated surface pressure is approximately 10,000 psi (69 Mpa) with maximum surface rate of approximately 10,000 bpd. Although H S and CO gases are not expected, equipment should be capable of 2 2 optimum performance in the presence of up to 100 ppm H S and 5% CO. The wells will 2 2 be drilled with both Water Base Fluids (WBF) and Non Aqueous Fluids (NAF). Contractor's Responsibilities: a. Project Coordination (including Project Management and Job Planning Systems) b. Onsite Supervision including but not limited to: - Liaison with all affected Rig and Platform personnel as appropriate - Coordination of all services supplied under this Contract - Equipment rig up, test and operation - Collection of surface PVT samples as directed by Operator personnel - Provision of well-site data gathering as requested by Operator representative - Preparation and distribution of end of well reports c. Technical support including but not limited to: - Insuring all equipment provided by Contractor is suitable in design and condition for the anticipated well conditions. - All personnel are adequately trained and capable to carry out the service in an offshore environment. - Perform necessary Rig Surveys to establish equipment layout and utility requirements. d. Perform the Work according to the EHS Management System in place for the Nigerian Government and / or ExxonMobil Company e. Facilities in Port Harcourt to include but not limited to: - Engineering, design and testing - Repair and maintenance - Storage to support drilling operations for as many as six (6) rigs simultaneously - Equipment and Personnel are to be available in a Port Harcourt base Submissions would be received at the above address on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8a.m. to 12noon. |
