Introduction:
Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited (MPN), Operator of NNPC/MPN Joint Venture, is seeking the services of competent and qualified companies to supply, install and support HP, Cisco and Dell products. These products are in the category of frequently procured items. Interested and reputable companies with suitable and relevant experience are invited to apply for pre-qualification as a first step in the procurement process for the provision aforementioned services.

Scope of Work:
The Project is in three parts i.e. Supply and Installation of HP products, Supply and Installation of Cisco products, and Supply and Installation of Dell products with a stable pricing structure to all MPN locations in Nigeria over a period of two (2) years + one (1) optional year.
Part A. Supply & Installation of Dell Products
1- Supply of all Dell products including but not limited to Servers, Disk Arrays (Dell-EMC SAN Storage, PowerVault), Tape Libraries, Desktops, Laptops, Workstations, Monitors and all related accessories in ExxonMobil specific Global Price List (GPL).
Part B. Supply & Installation of Hewlett Packard (HP) Products
1- All HP products including but not limited to Servers, Disk Arrays Racks, Printers (Desktop and Network) and Scanners in ExxonMobil specific GPL.
2- Break-Fix contract for HP equipment after expiration of warranty
Part C. Supply & Installation of Cisco Products
1- Supply and Installation of Cisco products and all related accessories in published current Global Price List.
Other requirements covering Parts A to C:
1- The products shall be covered by manufacturer's warrantee for an agreed period and shall be fully supported by the manufacturer during the period. (Vendor will liaise with OEM to effect necessary repairs post supply while equipment is still on warranty).
2- During the warrantee period, the contractor / manufacturer shall be fully responsible for the replacement of faulty parts.
3- Provision of additional extended warranty service/customer care Pack sequel to expiration of standard OEM Warranty
4- The maintenance and support shall include equipment spare holding, onsite repair work, replacement, factory repair, and routine maintenance. Others include troubleshooting and other support services.
5- Provision of a guaranteed Buy back Service for items that are End-of-Life, End-of-Sale or End-of-Support
Contract Award and Compensation Bases
MPN intends to award three separate contracts under a single Master Outline Agreement (MOA) for Part A, Part B and Part C from which all future purchases for these items will be called off within the contract tenure.
The MOA will have term contracts for a period of two (2) years + one (1) optional year

Submission of Pre-Qualification Documents:
All pre-qualification response documents are received on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8a.m. to 12 noon in the contractors' room. Pre-qualification response documents that arrive after this period will be considered as late submissions.
