The unit required shall be packaged prefabricated and complete skid mounted and shall be designed to take raw water from existing pipeline then treat, deliver and inject it to water wells. The scope of work consists of the following as minimum: 1- Design, detail engineering, drawing for all systems including isometric drawing & fabrication drawing operating and maintenance documentation (3 hard copies & 3 electronic copies). 2- Chemical pretreatment: - Coagulant addition - Chlorine solution - Hydrochloric acid 3- Ultra filtration plant - UF basins - Hollow (outside-in) immersed membranes - Permeate pumps - Filtered water tank - Filtrated water pumps 4- Vacuum deoxygenation plant - Deareation tower - Vacuum pumps - Residence tank - Deoxygenated water pumps - Chemicals 5- Final polishing filter 6- UF BW recovery system 7- Instrument and control package 8- Electrical package 9- Two years spare parts for complete system itemized and priced. 10- Fat test for 4 SOC engineers. 11- Supervision during installation and commissioning. 12- Design approval for ten soc engineers for 15 days including full board accommodation and travels. |
