Scope of Work: The scope of work is to replace the existing Electrochlorination package at Utilities Platform (UTPL) NFA with a new package having total equivalent chlorine production capacity of 28.5 kg/hr. (i.e. 26.5 kg/hr. for UTPL and 2.0 kg/hr. for Living Quarters - L.Q). A new Pipeline is to be installed from UTPL to LQ to supply Sodium Hypochlorite (NaOCl) to LQ. The existing Electrochlorination package at LQ will remain in operation to maintain the existing operating philosophy, i.e. to have individual units for UTPL & LQ.
