Scope of Work: Contractor shall undertake the maintenance works of Pressure Safety Valves / Relief Valves (PSV/RV) in NGL-1, NGL-2, NGL-3, NGSF, NGL-4 plants, storage and loading facilities and common utilities located within the NGL complex at Mesaieed industrial area. Contractor shall do the services either when the plant/unit is in operation but the PSV/RV will be isolated or when the Plant/unit is in shutdown. Contractor shall take utmost care in doing the activities and all safety requirements specified shall be strictly followed. The services as detailed herein along with attachments shall generally consists of activities such as, supply and installation of spades in the designated locations, despading, PSV/RV dismantling, transportation to designated overhauling area, cleaning, overhauling, assembling, testing, and installation back of PSV/RV at the location in the plant, as directed by QP. The services shall be performed as per contract execution plan and execution programme. |
