Scope of Work: Chevron Nigeria Deepwater E Limited on behalf of the participating operators is introducing seven separate tenders, under the 3rd Drilling Services Sharing Agreement (DSSA-3), for their 2010 2013 Deepwater Drilling, Completion, and Workover Programs of participating operators. Commencement Dates of required Service is anticipated to be 2nd quarter 2010. The services will be required to support Drilling operations in water depth up to 10,000 ft. Participating operators of the DSSA-3 are: Addax Petroleum Development (Nigeria) Ltd, Nigerian Agip Exploration Ltd, BG Exploration & Production Nigeria Ltd, Chevron Nigeria Deepwater "E" Ltd, Petroleo Brasileiro Nigeria Ltd, Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company Ltd, and StatoilHydro Nigeria Ltd. The deepwater drilling campaign is expected to commence 2nd quarter 2010 for duration of 28 slots with 2 optional extension periods of 6 slots each (totaling 12 optional slots). For this campaign, operators will utilize a single drilling unit that will be rotated amongst DSSA-3 participants. The third tender involves the provision of Casing and Tubing Equipment and Running Services (Ref: DWD-2009-672891) Scope of Service Includes: - Provide equipment, running tools and personnel for running OCTG for casing, steel and chrome tubing tongs. Equipment should include, but not limited to, elevators, spiders, tongs, for casing from 7 to 26 and for tubing from 2-3/8 to 7complete with back-ups. In addition the following key equipment are required; hydraulic power units, diesel engine (must conform to Class 1 Division 1 Explosion Proof Classification) , complete w/hoses, spare hoses and service parts, bucking unit complete with hydraulic power unit and hydraulic power tongs range from 2-3/8 up to 20 plus minimum of two CAM system complete with cables, turns encoder, load cells and quick-stab topdrive casing fill-up (and circulating during casing running operations) tool to fit all sizes of casing as listed above. - Contractor shall provide equipment for running multiple completion control lines, and has the capability to perform torque turn testing. - Contractor shall supply Quality Plan outlining procedures to ensure that Company receives equipment that has been properly prepared for utilization. |
