Mobile s/s shall be assembled on two separate semi-trailers; the first one comprises 132 kv equipments, power transformer and earthing/service transformer while the second one comprises indoor switchgear 33 kv, battery charger and control panel, all to be installed inside an insulated air conditioning cabinet. Mobile s/s to be as following specifications: 1- 132 kv equipments and transformer trailer consist of: - 1 no of single - drop low - bed trailer. - 1 no of lightning arrestor, 120 kv (line), high current impulse: 100 ka, normal discharge current: 10 ka, porcelain housing glazed brown complete with all accessories. - SF6 Pismo 145 kv (like abb or equivalent) consisting of disconnector with earthing blades, circuit breaker and current transformers - Rated voltage: 132 kv. - Max. Voltage: 145 kv. - Rated current of circuit breaker: 3150 A. - Rated short time with stand current: 40 ka/35. - Rated peak with stand current: 100 ka. - Rated current of disconnector & earthing switch: 2500 A, 40 ka/3s. - 1 no of power transformer, 25 mva 132/33 kV, conservator type, OFAF cooling type, yd 11 or yd 1 group, copper windings, oil immersed with automatic voltage regulator and with following accessories: lifting lugs, winding temp indicator, thermometer pocket, drain valve, earthing connector, explosion vent of double diaphragms spring loaded, moisture breathers of silica gel type, isolating valve for radiators, pressure relief valve, gas actuated relay, 1 no. earthing /service trf, zigzag/y, 75 kva out door use complete with all accessories. 2- MV SWG and cables trailer consist of: - 1 no of flat- bed trailer complete with insulated cabinet to house indoor equipments. - 1 set of 33 kv in door switch gear, (one incoming, 800 a pulse four out going feeders 630 A) the switch gear shall be totally enclosed, free standing, each out going and incoming circuit breaker shall be housed in its own enclosure , vacuum or SF6 with drawable type switchgear and with the following main data: - Rated voltage: 36 kv. - Service voltage: 33 kv. - Single bus bar: 1250 A. - Ambient temp: -5°c min to 55°c max. - Ingress protection: ip42. - Rated power-frequency with stand voltage: 75 kv. - Rated impulse with stand voltage (peak): 170 kv. - Breaking capacity service voltage: 1500 mva. - Rated short circuit breaking current: 25 ka. - Breaker operating mechanism motor control voltage: 110 vdc. - 1 no of control / protection / metering / AC/DC panel. - Control panel (all monitoring and protection system are mounted in control panel). - Battery charger, dual type complete with set of NI-CD batteries, 110v DC. 3- H gantry - 1 no towers - 1 no beam - Sets of insulator strings - Sets of supporting insulators 4- Cabling system: all cables (power & control) between transformers to 33 kv switch gear and control panel including all accessories (terminations glands, lugs, etc) shall be provided. |
