Scope of Work:
1- Design and replace the existing obsolete systems in booster station BS-170 inclusive of relevant supplies, testing and commissioning with:
a- # 2 "Vanguard" Engine Management Systems supplied by the company in two cubicles of compressor control corporation make.
B- # 3500 Vibration Monitoring Systems supplied by the company in common cubicle for both the compressor trains of Bentley Nevada Make.

2- Design, engineer, supply, modify, install, test and commission the following in the existing BS-170 facility:
- Gas turbine fuel gas systems and associated piping including the relocation of all associated equipments and instruments from within the turbine enclosure to outside the enclosure and replacement of existing fuel gas valve and fuel gas block valves with company supplied AMOT.
- Compatible redundant gateways modules for the Distributed Control System (DCS) so that the DCS shall display the relevant machine data and vice-a-versa according to the I/O maps developed by the contractor.
- Hardwiring of Facility Emergency Shutdown System (ESD) commands according to the ESD cause and effect diagram developed by the contractor in order to trip the gas turbines.
- Field and machine-mounted instruments, valves and accessories.
- All associated system interconnecting cables, signal field cables from JB to rack room, power cables, thermocouple cables and any other special cables.
- Surveillance Camera System inclusive of four Pan, Tilt and Zoom cameras (PTZ) located at selected strategic locations of the facility.

3- Design, engineer, supply, modify, install, test and commission the existing Un-interrupted Power Supply (UPS) distribution boards in line with the requirements of the project.

4- Identify and demolish the systems and accessories that have been rendered redundant due to this project as instructed by the company.

5- The company had already carried out Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) study engaging a third party consultant "Tebodin". Therefore the contractor shall carry out the necessary HAZOP study in continuation in order to reassess the consequences engaging a company-approved third party consultant and determine the overall residual risks and carry out all recommendations at the quoted prices.

6- The requirements are inclusive of site surveys, slit trenches, verifications, checks, prior to commencement of detailed design and other procurement activities.

7- Comprehensively complete all associated works that could reasonably be deemed as necessary to provide the company with complete proven, safe and operable facilities, in accordance with the technical specifications, drawings, data sheets and information furnished in this contract.

8- The contractor shall train 10 operations and 5 maintenance personnel on On-the-Job basis in separate sessions with all necessary Handouts.
