Scope | Bid Closing Date: 7 July 2009 Tender Reference: NG02000964 Address: The Secretary to Tender Board, Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company Limited, 3rd Floor Sterling Tower, 20 Marina, Lagos Scope of Work: The Shell Nigeria Exploration And Production Company Limited hereby invites reputable Companies (DPR registered) in maintenance of rotating equipment and turbines to apply to be considered for pre-qualification into the bid list for the Call-off contract for Provision of Maintenance Services for Solar Gas Turbines on Bonga FPSO. Description of Work/Service: - Supply of replacement parts, consumables, and on-site resources as required for routine and breakdown maintenance in accordance with the Original Equipment Manufacturers recommended maintenance intervals and procedures, - Provision of overhaul services for the Gas Turbine drivers and Gas Compressors and other associated ancillary systems and equipment to OEM standards, procedures and test protocols, - Provision of re-commissioning services for the equipment after overhauls - Provision of troubleshooting and rectification services, - Supply of all special tools, Field Service Engineers, technicians and unskilled labour necessary for the planning, scheduling, execution, supervision, close-out and reporting of relevant and appropriate maintenance and intervention activities - Management support for required spare parts identification and inventory management, - Planned and corrective maintenance history data reporting, - Provision of maintenance history analysis and maintenance strategy improvement recommendations, - Provision of equipment availability, reliability and performance tracking with associated recommendations, - Provision of remote monitoring and diagnostics. - Training for Solar Gas Turbines operations and maintenance - Carry out Engine Exchange, comprising: 1- Supply of OEM Solar Mars-100 core exchange engine, 2- Plan & scope in conjunction with Bonga maintenance supervisor & discipline supervisors (mechanical, electrical & instruments) all aspects of the work required to execute this work (engine exchange) safely, efficiently and effectively, 3- Provision of competent/experienced OEM (Solar Mars-100) representative to perform special aspects of the engine exchange, 4- Provision of all ancillary material, consumables and resources required to execute the engine exchange, 5- Carry out pre-commissioning checks, commissioning checks, running tests and satisfactory handover of exchanged engine to Bonga Operations team, Contract Details - Duration: 2 years + 1 year optional extension - Expected award date: Q1 2010 - Contract type: Call-off |
