Company: North Oil Company Work Description: Supply of water injection pumping station as following: 1- Engineering and project coordination: The scope of work include but not limited to the following: - Design and engineering of water injection pumping station. - Plot plans. - Preparation of constructional drawings, including foundations, equipment sizing, heat & mass flow calculations, as well as vessels, valve and pipe sizing. - Mechanical, pipe work and hook up drawings. - Cable schedules and wiring diagrams. - PFD P&ID drawings. - Civil and architectural drawings for control and electrical equipment rooms. - Preparation equipment data sheets. - Equipment manufacturing / fabrication /selection, packing and procurement. - Factory acceptance tests for major equipments witnessed by purch. Engineering. - Supervising the installation and alignment of critical equipment by venders specialists. - Start-up and commissioning. - Performance guarantee. - Long-term warrantee for major equipments. - Prepare and provide final as build drawings. - Provide operation and maintenance manuals. (In English) - Training. - Site allocation and preparation. - Construction and erection. - Material unloading and storage at site. - Provide common constructional equipment at site. 2- Equipment and material supply: The new water injection pumping station should include, but not limited to the following main items: - One set gas turbine driven pump through gearbox with all auxiliaries, control system and electrical equipments. - Protection shed with electrically operated over- head crane. - Suction and discharge headers. - Fuel and starting gas supply system. - Vibration monitoring system. - Instrument air system. - Central control and emergency shutdown system. - Field and local instrumentation. - Electrical supply, emergency diesel generator and uninterruptible power supply. - 110-battery bank with chargers. - Gas detection. - Fire detection and extinguishing. - Corrosion monitoring system. - Constructional auxiliaries and interconnecting materials including pipes and cables. - Spare parts. - Four copies of operation and maintenance manuals (in English). - Provide special maintenance tools. |
