Company: North Oil Company Work Description: Designing & supply of new gas compressor station at Ajeel field as following: 1- Engineering: Design and engineering of a complete gas turbine driven compressors station with all required auxiliaries and minor details based on good engineering practice. 2- Procurement and other services: The bidder should be competent to arrange and bear the responsibility of:- - Equipment selection, fabrication, assembling, packing and transportation to site. - Factory acceptance test for major equipment. - Supervising installation. - Alignment of critical equipment by vender's specialists at site. - Start-up and test run in full coordination with NOC personnel. - Performance guarantee. - Long-term warrantee for major equipments not less than one year from successful completion of test run. - Training NOC personal for operation and maintenance. - Provide operation and maintenance manuals (in English). - Provide operation and safety set-point lists. - Third party inspection. 3- Scope of supply for main equipment and material: - Gas turbine driven gas compressors. (The gas turbines will be operated either on fuel gas or Ajeel field dome gas). - Protection shed with electrically operated over-head crane. - Suction and discharge liquid and particle knockout drums for each stage of the compressors (LP. MP. HP.). - Gas coolers after each compressor stage. - Fuel and starting gas supply system. - Closed drain and vent system. - Flare system. - Central control and uninterruptible power supply system. - Field and local instrumentation. - Instrument and service air system. - Electrical switchgear and motor control center (MCC) for turbine and station auxiliaries. - Lighting system. - Battery bank with charger for D.C. lubricating oil pumps and emergency lighting. - Lightening and earth system. - Vibration measuring / monitoring system for turbines and compressors, vibration switches for coolers. - Gas detection. - Fire detection and extinguishing. - Corrosion monitoring and corrosion inhibiter injection. - Constructional auxiliaries and interconnecting material including pipes, cables ...etc. - Communication and paging system. - Special maintenance and alignment tools. - Spare parts. |
