Scope of Work: The scope of services is to provide a workboat for construction services for all QP offshore facilities and operational structures including areas operated by QP affiliates, co- ventures or contractors. The scope of services includes, in brief, fabrication, piping work, welding, painting, hydrotesting, and crane-lifting support facilities. The requirement is for one Workboat equipped with deck-mounted crane and with a fully qualified and experienced offshore construction crew. The vessel and crew shall provide continuous support on a standard 12 hours per day, 7 days per week throughout the contract duration with ability to provide 24-hour support whenever required. The contract duration will be for 3 years with 2 optional extensions of 1 year each with intended commencement date not later than the end of 2nd quarter of 2010. |
