To be considered to participate in the tender, Contractors must provide the information and meet the qualifications outlined below as a minimum: - Contractors experienced in 3D PSDM (anisotropic) marine seismic data processing. - Contractor must provide proof of registration in Libya. - Contractors should only propose processing at a centre with the appropriate experience, sufficient technical support and computer resources required to handle similar projects; processing will include 3D SRME, dual azimuth tomographic velocity model building and anisotropic 3D PSDM, and experience to process 2400km2 of full fold coverage. - Contractor must provide reference of experience processing 3D PSDM (isotropic and anisotropic) marine seismic data. - Contractor must have 3D noise attenuation routines available. - Contractor must have 3D SRME available. |
