Scope of Work:
Contractor's scope of work shall include but not limited to the following:
1- Provision of vacuum tankers with drivers to the company. The tankers shall be used for collecting, transporting and offloading MEG (Mono ethylene Glycol) from the RLC Port Area to a designated area inside the RasGas Plant site.

2- The combination of Tankers to be supplied under this contract shall be as stated below:

For season 2009-2010:
- Initially one (1) vacuum tanker (vacuum tanker A) shall have a capacity of 5,000 gallons (22,500 liters) and to be supplied with driver(s). This vehicle will be required for the full term of seven (7) months with 24 hours coverage with a tentative start date of 1 November 2009 up to 31 May 2010.

- A further two (2) vacuum tankers each tanker shall have a capacity of 5,000 gallons (22,500 liters) and to be supplied with driver(s). These vehicles will be required when injection operations begin, tentatively from 1 December 2009 up to 31st March 2010 (for vacuum Tanker B) and 30 April 2010 (for Vacuum Tanker C) also with 24 hours coverage.

For season 2010-2011:
- Initially one (1) vacuum tanker (Vacuum Tanker A). The tanker shall have a capacity of 5,000gallons (22,500 liters) and to be supplied with driver(s). This vehicle will be required for the full term of seven (7) months with 24 hours coverage with a tentative start date of 1 November 2010 up to 31 May 2011.

- A further two (2) vacuum tankers each tanker shall have a capacity of 5,000 gallons (22,500 liters) and to be supplied with driver(s). These vehicles will be required when injection operations begin, tentatively from 1 December 2010 up to 31st March 2011 (for vacuum tanker A) and 30 April 2011 (for vacuum tanker C) also with 24 hours coverage.

3- Ad Hoc Services: Rasgas may require the contractor to provide tanker with driver (with a capacity of 5000 gallons or 22,500 liters) on Ad Hoc Services from time to time, which shall be ordered by means of a Call-off Order.

4- The works shall to be carried out on a 24 hour round the clock basis coverage for the full duration of the Contract in day and night shifts. Weekends and public holidays shall be considered as normal working days.

5- The Tankers supplied under this contract should be in excellent working condition and fit for purpose, complete with all required hoses, fittings, grounding cables, wheel chocks and shall have a spark arrestor fitted to the exhaust.

6- The maintenance of the Vacuum Tanker(s) shall be the responsibility of the contractor for the full duration of the Contract. However, should the tanker become damaged as a result of the chemical then RasGas shall compensate contractor in a fair and reasonable manner.

7- If at any time, during the contract period, the vacuum tanker(s) are deemed unfit for any reason whatsoever, then the Contractor shall provide a replacement/substitute Tanker(s) on the same day without any additional cost.

8- The vacuum tankers shall be registered and duly insured for the works. A copy of the registration and insurance documents shall be available at all times and kept with the truck. They shall be valid for the entire duration of the Contract.

9- The vacuum tankers nominated shall be presented to RasGas for inspection and certified (Red Sticker) by the company's authorized representative at least one (1) week prior to commencement of the services.

10- Contractor shall provide competent and qualified drivers to operate the vacuum tankers. The drivers must have appropriate valid driving licenses and will also need to hold a current Hydrogen Sulphide (H2S) / BA certificate and PTW (basic) certificate.

11- Contractor shall ensure that sufficient numbers of competent driver are available to cover any absenteeism and to maintain 24 hours continuous operation of the work. However, the contractor shall provide round the clock services fully in accordance with the Qatar Labor Law.

12- Tanker specifications: the contractor shall provide tankers which meet or exceed the following specifications:
- The vacuum tankers proposed shall be regular vacuum Tanker that has single chassis units with single front (steering axle) and double rear axle.
- Tank capacity for each tanker is 5000 Gallons (22,500 litres).
- The Vacuum Tankers shall be provided with level gauge (clear sight glass on each side of the tanker to assist with filling.
- Each vacuum tanker must have at least 3 off 3" female Camloc couplings and one off 6" female Camloc coupling at the rear of the tanker for both Filling and discharge.
- Each truck must have a chassis mounted vacuum pump of capacity of 50 Qmtr/hr that is PTO driven (powered directly by the truck engine).
- Contractor to offer vacuum tanker suitable for the MEG services.
