The scope of supply should cover the design, the detailed engineering drawings; procurement of equipments materials, delivery of materials should be CIP Maysan and commissioning. 1- First lift raw water pump system: Electrical raw water pump skid - mounted used as a first lift pump, local starter and control panel, suction, discharge and check valves, instruments and all others accessories on skid. To be used in site has ambient temp. (-5) c min, (55) c max, tropical climate, relative humidity (95%). Pumps specifications: Horizontal centrifugal raw water pumps (5 nos: 3 duty, 2 stand by): Capacity: 600 m3/hr, head: 2 kg/cm2, NPSHR: 5.8 M, suction: negative, operation temp.: -5 c min - 55 C max, casing: axially split, material: API 610 standard, liquid handled: raw water of (300 PPM) suspended solid Electrical vacuum pump: Skid-mounted used to purge air from suction line and pump, local starter and control panel with all accessories, vacuum pressure suitable to purge air from all pumps in same time. 2- Second lift raw water pump: - Electrical raw water pump skid - mounted used as a second lift pump, local starter, suction, discharge and check valves, instruments and all others accessories on skid to be used in site has ambient temp. (55) C, tropical climate, relative humidity (95%). - Pumps specifications: Horizontal centrifugal raw water pump (5 nos, 3 duty, 2 stand by): Capacity: 600 m3/hr, head: 35 kg/cm2, operation temp.: -5c min - 55 C max, casing: axially split, material: API 610 standard, liquid handled: raw water of (300 PPM) suspended solid. - Inter connecting pipes, valves and fittings: all complete necessary pipes and tubes, valves, gauges and fittings in the water intake. 3- The electrical system in the intake pump station: - Distribution H.T. switchgear 33k.v, 3phase, 3 wire, 50 Hz, 31.5 ka / 3 sec sc level, metal clad with drawable vacuum type CB; fully protected against overload, short cir. and earth fault for outgoing with same protection as well as under voltage for incomer the S.G should provided with metering devices for voltage current & energy. The protection relays should be digital microprocessor type. - Two transformers 33/6.6 kv, 3 mva, dyn11, onan cooled suitable for out door installation, ambient temp. 55c fed from 33kv switchgear &feeding 6.6 kv switchgear. - 6.6 kv switchgear, 3phase, 3wire, 50hz, metal clad with drawable vacuum C.B, fully protected against over load, short ct & earth fault and with all necessary protections and metering devices for voltage current energy also the protection relays should be digital microprocessor type. - Dual battery charger: Dual battery charger complete with set of (ni-cd) batteries and all accessories suitable to feed all dc voltage for 33 kv switch gear, 6.6 kv switch gear and all dc system required for this project (two nos.). - Two transformers 6.6/0.4 kv, 2 mva, dyn11, onan, cooled suitable for outdoor installation, ambient temp 55c fed from 6.6 kv switchgear & feeding l.t. distribution board. - L.T. distribution board, indoor, 400v, 4 wire, 50 hz, with incomers & bus couplers acb drawable type, metal clad floor mounted with fully protected against earth fault, over current short circuit, and with all necessary protections. - Power & control cables - Lighting system - Earthing system: earthing system for all equipments in the intake station. (1 set) - Prime power generator suitable for the intake pump station which include the equipments above, (pumps, lighting system,buildings .. etc). complete with fuel tank and all accessories. 4- Control system. - Control panel for the first lift pumps to cover the operation and protections for the pumps, the panel should be contains all necessary protections, all wiring should connect to junction box fixed on pump skid. - Control panel for the second lift pumps to cover operation and protections for the pumps, the panel should be contains the all necessary protections, all wiring should connect to junction box fixed on pump skid. 5- Testing. The supplier or manufacturer should submit, detailed procedure all running tests, for reviewing for at least three weeks before the first scheduled test. The following tests should be witnessed by our engineers. - Witnessed performance test on all pumps. - Witnessed performance tests for all electrical equipments.
