Scope | FPSO’s topside facility comprises of a diverse range of mechanical, electrical and controls integrated equipment and systems such as turbo machinery packages, generators, compressors, water injection and process pumps, gearboxes, gas turbine and diesel engines, gearboxes, mechanical seals, valves, actuators, heat exchangers, turbine meters, flow line components, sub-sea support systems, portable lifting equipment, pedestal cranes, electrical equipment, marine equipment and other various rotating and fixed equipment which are subject to both programmed and non-programmed maintenance activities supported by onshore maintenance repair workshop call-off services. These call-off services shall include but not limited to provision of equipment repair related services which shall comply with the respective Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) recommendations and Industry Standards Guidelines such as ISO, API and other internationally reputable industry standard bodies. Interested companies shall be approved for the provision of equipment maintenance and repair services by at least one Marine Class Society, such as ABS, DNV, Lloyd's, BV, and/or other approved classification societies and be able to provide the following related SERVICES but not limited to the following provisions: i. Onshore equipment repair workshop services for provision of maintenance services which shall include disassembly, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, machining, refurbishment and manufacture of equivalent parts and components for EEPNL’s range of mechanical, rotating, electrical, instrument and controls equipment. ii. Range of equipment indicated in Item-(i) above shall include but not limited to pumps, gas compressors, gas turbine engines, diesel engines, generators, gearboxes, mechanical seals, valves, actuators, heat exchangers, turbine meters, flow line components, sub-sea systems, lifting equipment, electrical and controls equipment, instrumentations, and other miscellaneous mechanical equipment. These include provision of OEM recommended service and repair methods. iii. Onshore Workshop facilities shall be located in Port Harcourt and adequately equipped for provision of services as indicated in Items-(I) and (ii) above. This shall include all necessary tools, instruments, equipment, machineries, test benches, lifting facility, mobile workshop facility, consumables and spare parts supplies. iv. Physical integrity programs which shall include service records and calibration records of Bidder’s onshore facilities, equipment, special tools and instruments used for the provision of services as indicated in Items- (i) to (iii) above. v. Qualified and experienced skilled craft specialists and services personnel for the provision of services as indicated in Items-(i) to (iii) above. vi. Submission of a comprehensive report for each service carried out as indicated in Item-(i) above. vii. Provision of OEM recommended spare parts and consumables supply services when requested by EEPNL. viii. Provision of services indicated in Items-(i) to (vii) above shall comply with the respective OEM's requirements and Industry Standards Guidelines such as ISO, API, and/or other internationally reputable bodies. ix. Additional support services which shall include but not limited to Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) services, development of repair and QA/QC procedures, guidelines and programs. |
