| Scope | The scope of work shall cover the installation, testing and commissioning of a 20” diameter, 2 – 4 km intra-plant piping on an elevated pipe-rack within the Company's Escravos Terminal area. The services include but are not limited to: - Mobilization to site of personnel and equipment/plants necessary to execute project as per final detailed construction scope and other technical requirements. - Transportation of Company's supplied material from the Company designated pick-up point to the construction site. - Provision of construction material and other consumables as well as utilities not supplied by Company. - Demolition, degassing and cleaning of part or all of existing 16” gas line on Escravos Gas Plant (EGP) pipe-rack to tie-in point on existing 18” line at EGP per detail construction scope and other technical requirement. - Installation of intra-plant piping/pipeline on elevated pipe-racks (IPC/EGP/EGTL) as well as termination at approved tie-in points as per detailed construction scope and other technical requirements. Any secondary support(s) to facilitate pipe installation on rack/rack extension shall be installed by the contractor. - Pre-commissioning activities including but not limited to newly installed intra-plant piping/pipeline cleaning and hydro-testing. - Facilities commissioning support and compilation of As-built details. - Demobilization from site of personnel and all equipment/plants used for the successful execution of the project. |
