| Scope | Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of EPABX, LAN and UPS system in newly constructed multi-storey office building (OIL HOUSE) at Jodhpur, Rajasthan. EPABX SYSTEM : 1-Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of IP based EPABX System with control section with all features as per Technical Specifications along with hardware for the following:- (a) Analog extensions - 150 Nos. (b) Digital extensions - 16 Nos. (c) 1.3 IP Phones - 10 Nos. (d) SIP trunking hardware 24 channels (for integration with other systems) (e) Analog trunk lines interface - 16 Nos. (f) ISDN PRI interface - 2 Nos. (g) UPS with Battery for 8 hours backup. 2-Supply Installation testing & commissioning of IP based operator console integrated voice mail (same make as of EPABX) with1000 hours of recording facility complete with all accessories etc. as required. 3-Supply Installation testing & commissioning of IP based operator console integrated voice mail (same make as of EPABX) with1000 hours of recording facility complete with all accessories etc. as required. 4-Supply, Installation, testing & Commissioning of Operator Console with DSS Phone. Supply Installation testing & commissioning of Anolog telephone set complete with all accessories etc. as required. 5-Supply, installation testing & commissioning of digital 24 BTN Key Phone. 6-Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of IP Phone. 7-Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of call billing software with maintenance software with DESKTOP highly configured PC complete with all accessories etc. as required. 8-Supply, installation testing & commissioning of digital 24 BTN Key Phone. 9-Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of IP Phone. 10-Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of call billing software with maintenance software with DESKTOP highly configured PC complete with all accessories etc. as required. LAN SYSTEM : 1-Supply and fixing suitable size GI Box with modular plate and cover in from on surfaces or in recess, including providing and fixing RJ 45 Jack IO/Socket outlet, connection, painting etc. as required. 2- Supplying and fixing following patch cord including connections, ferruling etc. as required. (a) Patch cord 1 m. (b) Patch cord 3 m. 3- Supplying, laying, terminations, T&C of Cat-6 cable in existing surface/recessed steel conduit/Raceway as required including tag markers etc. 4- Supplying, installation, termination, testing & commissioning of following items including connection, numbering, painting etc. as required. (a) 24 port jack panel loaded (b) 24 port managed switch (CISCO 2960 - 24TC - L & equivalent) (c) 24 port managed giga switch (CISCO 37506 - 24 TS - IU & equivalent) 5- Supplying, installation, terminations, Testing and commissioning of following server instruments as per technical specification including MS box connection painting etc. as required. (a) 42U Rack UPS SYSTEM : 1- Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 20KVA high performance IGBT/PWM based fully microprocessor controlled (3 phase IN & 3 phase OUT) online UPS system suitable for input and output parameters strictly as per specifications. The UPS shall be provided in powder coated fan cooled enclosure painted in colour as per specifications. The UPS shall be suitable for normal, emergency, recharge, by-pass and maintenance mode. The system must be expandable in such a manner that addition of another module of smilar capacity can double the system output with common by-pass. The UPS shall have a microporcessor based display and control panel. Each UPS shall have own batteries with 30 minute battery back-up. Complete system must be provided as per specifications, approved drawing and as per site requirement including inter-connecting cables from battery to UPS, UPS to panel etc.& supports for complete system. Complete system will be as per technical specifications. (a) Set of UPS, Battery bank and panel as described above. 2- Class H Insulated 20KVA, 415 / 415 V, Delta/Star Bypass Isolation Transformer including Panel for Bypass-activated, Galvanically Neutral supply to critical Loads. 3-Dust, damp and vermin proof free floor standing factory built sheet steel enclosed non-drawout modular type Input/Output Floor Panel (complete) fabricated out of suitable sized angle iron and flats, base channel and covered with 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet, duly painted complete with earth bus, aluminum bus bar, numbering & sign writing, required MCCB's interconnection & including FRLS copper conductor flexible connection, metering / indications etc. as required and as specified in technical specifications with following features. |
