| Scope | Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Automatic Addressable Fire Detection and Alarm System in newly constructed office building (OIL HOUSE) at Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Scope of supply: 1.Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Microprocessor based 2-loop, Networkable analogue addressable type fire alarm control panel with 640 character LCD display, The panel should be equipped with sufficient numbers of loop with 10% spare capacity with each loop shall have a capacity of 125 analog addressable devices in one loop. Four access levels, capable of taking Flash Scan devices, flash EPROM sufficient numbers of programmable relay controls for controlling AHUs, pressurization fans, ventilation fans at fire pump room, monitoring of fire sprinkler and fire hydrant pump, 240 volts AC power supply, automatic battery charger, 24 volts sealed lead acid batteries sufficient for 24 hours normal working and then be capable of operating the system for 2 hours during an emergency conditions as required. The Panel shall have BACKNET CARD for integration. (UL 9th Edition Approved and NFPA compliant) complete as required. 2. Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of the GUI based main network Fire Detection, Digital PAVA and 2-way communication common software must be capable of graphically representing each facility being monitored with floor plans and icons depicting the actual locations of the various systems; and / or sensors’ locations. The GUI software shall be located in control room in one of the Floors and shall monitor all the Floor Fire Detection, Digital PAVA and 2 way communication panel connected with each other through fibre optics. The software shall be capable of monitoring 100 Nodes with 100 MB baud Transmission rate on Fibre Optics Network and 12 MB baud Transmission on cable or more. The software shall provide the facility to Monitor, Control all the Digital PAVA as well as 2-way communication from main control room using voice signals over Fire Network along with the Fire detection signal. The software shall be capable of broadcasting on Voice over IP. (UL 9th Edition Approved and NFPA compliant) complete as required. 3. Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Networked Fire Fighters 17 inch Touch screen Graphical Display Mimic Panel (Incident Commander) at main entry to inform & guide Fire Fighters for carrying out Fire fighting operations. (UL 9th Edition Approved and NFPA compliant) complete as required. (a) The software shall display “YOU ARE HERE” along with icons representing standard building objects (stairs, elevators, etc) to be shown on the floor plan. (b) The software shall allow icons that represent hazardous materials stored in a facility. screen that displays preprogrammed building contact information, building occupancy and other general building information, display all active fire, supervisory, and security events within an event list. The screen shall also provide the arial view of entire building via touch screen navigation. (c) The equipment shall allow the importation of externally developed floor plans in Windows Metafile (WMF), JPEG (JPG), Graphics Interchange Format (GIF) and Bitmap (BMP) format. 4. Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Network Repeater Panel with 6 inch or 640- characters; The LCD shall Display all events / detectors, devices status of complete systems in the networked, The NRP shall be equipped with QWERTY Keypad. Mounting options include an annunciator box, and blank modules are required for mounting. (UL 9th Edition Approved and NFPA compliant) complete as required. 5. Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Multi Cooperative Sensing Type Analog addressable Laser Type photoelectric smoke detector with mounting based LED, Address Switch, (UL 9th Edition Approved and NFPA 76/ NFPA 318 compliant) complete as required. 6. Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Automatic Floating Sensitivity type Analog addressable Acclimate Photoelectric Chamber, 2 Nos. of thermistors, Infrared Sensor and Carbon Monoxide Sensor in one detector with mounting based LED, Address Switch to programme the detectors, complete as required. (UL 9th Edition Approved and NFPA compliant) complete as required. 7. Supplying of addressable type Air sampling type smoke detectors complete i/c accessories and an integral microprocessor capable of making alarm decisions based on fire parameter information stored in the detector head. It should also be capable of full digital communications with the fire alarm panel, complete as required. 8. Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Automatic Floating Sensitivity type Analog addressable Acclimate Photo thermal smoke detector with mounting based LED, Address Switch to programme the detectors, complete as required. (UL 9th Edition Approved and NFPA compliant) complete as required. 9. Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Analog addressable Rate of Rise Cum Fixed temperature detector with mounting based LED, Address Switch to programme the detectors complete in all respects as per specification. (UL 9th Edition Approved and NFPA compliant) complete as required. 10. Supplying, assembling, erection, testing & commissionig of Response Indicator which consists of steady glowing LED. This LED shall be mounted within a M.S. box and connected in parallel to the built in indicator of the detector as per specifications. The RI shall come "ON" as soon as the detector activates complete in all respects as per specification. 11. Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Addressable type manual call (Glass Break) Station complete with all accessories as per specifications. (UL 9th Edition Approved and NFPA compliant) complete as required. 12. Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Directional Sounders with 20 hz to 20 khz operating frequency with minimum 8 distinct sound patterns to indicate corridors, Exit doors, Move upward, move down ward etc. to direct Occupants for fast & safe Evacuation as specified in NFPA 72 - 2007 edition. (UL 9th Edition Approved and NFPA compliant) complete as required. 13. Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Strobe Lights with 110 cd. (UL 9th Edition Approved and NFPA compliant) complete as required. 14. Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Integrated 8 channel Digital Voice Evacuation and 2-way Communication Fire Fighters System capable to supervision of all circuits, with required suitable amplifiers and accessories required to complete the system. The equipment shall be of same make as panel. (UL 9th Edition Approved and NFPA compliant) complete as required. 15. Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Fire panel supervised 70db 84db Ceiling Mounted Speakers Cum Hooter complete with ceiling arrangements and all accessories etc. as per specification. (UL 9th Edition Approved and NFPA compliant) complete as required. 16. Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Fire panel supervised 70db-84db Wall Mounted Speakers Cum Hooter complete with wall mounting arrangement and all accessories etc. as per specification. Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 2-way communication Fire Fighter's Telephone Jack fitted on wall including the cast of breaking and making good the wall wherever required, complete in all respects as per specifications. Providing and laying of armoured 2 Core, 1.5 Sq. mm twisted pair copper conductor cable, low smoke zero halogen, high performance silicon rubber insulated, overall shielded, sheathed fire survival cable including all accessories, clamps, terminations, glands etc. as per manufactures specifications complete in all respect as per BS 6387 CWZ, EN50200. 26. Supplying and fixing of following sizes of steel conduit along with accessories in surface / recess including painting in case of surface conduit, or cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. |
