Scope | The scope of work for this contract includes all works related and incidental to the provision of IT support services including: - Asset management services (store/database management of IT equipment/consumables, reconciliation of IT goods delivered against purchase orders); - Telecommunications support services (deploying of telecommunication devices and accessories to End-Users and providing support on usage, troubleshooting/resolution of telecoms incidents); • Collaboration services (audio/video conferencing, user support desk, management of publications on information management systems); - Library & Archiving services (document clean up, migration, bar coding services, maintenance of library stock) - Hardware and support services (desktops, servers and printers); -VIP support services; -Transmission services (ensuring that all local & interdivisional links are fully operational, ensuring consistent availability of gateways); - Request handling services (user account creation, system/shared folder access management); - Server hosting and storage services; - Preventive routine maintenance of IT infrastructure; - IT security and HSE compliance monitoring; and - Training of company's employees on general technical areas or proprietary areas. |
