Scope | The company intends to build a nitrogen unit with a capacity of (1200) Nm 3/ hr nitrogen as gas and (240) L / hr Nitrogen as liquid in the refinery with PSA & the DCS control unit for CCR & HPU units. Bidders are requested to offer break down prices for the scope of: 1- Engineering. 2- Procurement and supply of equipment and material. 3- Construction and Erection Works. 4- Supervision of civil works. 5- Pre-commissioning and commissioning and start up activities. 6- Specific training of the refinery personnel. 7- Shop & site inspection activities required for the unit. Equipment included in the scope of supply is quoted on the basis of unit price for main equipment. It is expected that the bidder shall include new commercially proven technological advances in the engineering and design of the unit and related ancillaries aiming at an optimized design incorporating optimum energy integration, flexibility and trouble free operation, coupled with high reliability, also, the design shall cover all the modern HSE issues currently embedded in superior engineering design . 1- scopes: 1.1- Nitrogenunit should be designed to produce (1200) Nm ³/ hr gas & (240) L/hr liquid. -Three liquid storage tanks with a capacity of (50) m³ each one at (9.5) kg/cm² and (-170) c° should be supplied. The plant should be skid modules, and the total area you have about 375 m² (25x15), see the drawing in page 41. 1.2- Basic data: The process should be designed with the following ambient conditions: - Atmospheric pressure 1.033 Kg/ cm2 - Air temperatures - 5 / 55 CO - Relative humidity (12/90) % 1.3- Product characteristics Nitrogen should have the following analysts by volume. - Nitrogen 99.97 min - Carbon Monoxide 20 ppm max. - Carbon dioxide 20 ppm max. -Other carbon compounds 5 ppm max. - Chlorine 1 ppm max. - Water 3 ppm max. - Hydrogen 20 ppm max. - Oxygen 5 ppm max. - Total hydrocarbons <1ppm. - Noble gases reminder - Odor n.d.³ - Flow Nm3/ hr: (1200) gas and (240) L/hr liquid. - Pressure Kg/ cm2, 7.7 at unit B.L. 2- Operating features: 2.1-The nitrogen unit should be designed to produce the quantity and quality of nitrogen as mentioned above. 2.2- Nitrogen evaporator and loading point should be included. 2.3- The following on -line analyzers should be supplied for both product lines (gas) and outlet liquid to storage tanks. Nitrogen analyzer % CO2 analyzer on the line out let from molecular sieve to the rectifying column. Oxygen analyzer ppm vol. 2.4- The control room and sub-station room should be supplied with suitable air condition unit. 3- Utility: 3.1- Electricity: Electric power conditions are as follows: - Ac 3300 v, 3 phase. 50 Hz - Ac 3800 v, 3 phase. 50 Hz - Ac 220 v, 1 phase. 50 Hz - Ac 110 v, 1phase. 50 Hz - Voltage and frequency regulation should not exceed ± 5% 3.2- Instrument air: - Pressure 5.6 Kg /cm² G - Dew point- _ 10 C° 3.3- Plant air: - Pressure kg /cm²G 6 - Temperature C° ambient 3.4- Cooling water: - Inlet cooling water. - Temp.
