| Scope | The scope of work for the engineering services agreement includes but is not limited to: - Provision of engineering services to support company's facilities engineering capital project portfolio. - Engineering services required shall include feasibility studies, front-end engineering and design (FEED), detailed design (DD), follow-on engineering (FOE) and procurement support of long lead equipment and material items for company's portfolio of major capital projects. - Typical facilities-engineering capital project portfolio is comprised of oil, gas and water handling facilities which shall not be limited to platform installations and modifications, oil and gas terminal facility modifications and additions, and infrastructure projects (buildings, roads, airport facilities, community development projects) in company's office locations, onshore, swamp and offshore operational areas. - Provision of sufficient infrastructure and personnel to support all project management activities related to the delivery of engineering services for the duration of the contract. |
