| Scope | - 3.3KV m.v switch gear Qty. (one set) 1-Indoor Metal clad –Enclosed Switchgear designed for M.V substation. The switching devices are of the metal clad with drawable type, floor mounting, dead –front structure grouped together for centralized control, structure shall include the necessary Comments for protection of motors, transformers and other type of feeders. 2- Both ends of the switchgear shall be suitable for future extension. 3- M.V. 3.3.kv circuit breakers for the incoming feeders Bus-Section and other outgoing feeders, transformer feeders their design are using SF6 arc interruption technique or vacuum .The panels should be supplied with metering devices and effective full protection & indication and control devices are front mounted 4- M.V. Motor feeder shall be direct-on line with drawable type, circuit breakers or motor starters (contactors) using SF6 or vacuum technique ,with protection relays provides effective and full protection of three phase motors against instantaneous over current , thermal over loads , phase and earth faults and under voltage protection . 5- Redundant Battery charger with NI.CD. Batteries for control voltage of L.V & M.V switch gear & Battery cells should be supply the load for five hours during power failure. 6- The switch gear should be have the following specifications Rated voltage 7.2 KV Operating voltage 3.3 KV Busbar rating 1250A at 55C ambient temb. Short circuit for 3sec 31.5KA (minimum) Control voltage 110V DC 7- Switch gear should be supplied according to the attached single line diagram. 8- All equipment shall be designed to withstand 55C & IP 42 - 0.4KV low voltage main distribution power center Qty. one set 1- The P.C. should be supplied by two incoming feeders and with bus- section. 2- Air Break circuit Breaker with drawable type should be used for all the incoming, Bussection and outgoing feeders. 3- The incoming and Bus-Section Breakers are with Manual electrical closing mechanism and should contains their Ammeter voltmeters, selector switch & over current, short circuit tripping devices. 4- For the outgoing feeder Breakers are of the same specification given in (3) 5- An Automatic Transfer between the incoming & bus-Section with selector switch for M-O-A positions. 6- The switchboard with the following specifications: Rating 2000A at 55C ambient. - Operating voltage 400 V - Rated voltage 1000V - Short circuit for 1 sec 50 KA (minimum) - All equipment shall be designed to withstand 55C & IP 42 - Control voltage 110V DC 7- The MDPC should be supplied according to attached single line diagram |
