| Scope | Supply, install, and operate filling machines for LPG Cylinders Filling Unit. - The existence filling unit is from Kosan Crisplant(Denmark) and it is special for filling small LPG cylinders with specification of : 26,2 liters/12Kg capacity , / 300-320 / mm diameter, /553 – 593/ mm highness. - The project will executed at directorate of exploitation gas in hassake suedie D.E.G.H.S. which is located at north east of syria. 1- Scope of work: 1- Replacing the existence complete rotation tower ( Carousel ) by new one including: - / 24 / scales - electronic and automatic inlet , outlet units. - all needed accessories (control panels ,hoses,cables,..etc) 2- supply on line water basin for testing cylinders. 3- supply spare parts for all prvided materials for two years normal operation according to manufacturer recommendation. 4- executing all needed civil actvities including materials . 5- installing and operating the supplied materials and putting them at actual service to do at appropriate and safe conditions with supplying all needed accessories: power and control cables, gas and air hoses, junction boxes, instrument pipes and fittings ....etc. 6- training five persons from (D.E.G.H.S) at job site for five days period. 2- General Descriptions and Conditions: the proposal shall include but not limited to: - all supplied materials shall be explosion proof (Exia) and suitable to work in zone1 ( dangerous areas ). - bidder shall submit list by similar projects executed by him during last ten years. - bidder shall submit organization chart of his company. - bidder shall submit list by his technical staff that will execut the project including: CV,experiences,...etc. 1- Supply complete rotation tower ( Carousel ) high quality type, can take 24 cylinders with capacity of :1100- 1200 cylinders/hour. And must be designed to be convenient for the small cylinders diameters that mentioned in the introduction. 2- Supply driving unit with adjustable rotation speed by hydraulic pump connected to an electrical EX motor with suitable central distributor for supply gas and compressed air. 3- Supply /24/ filling machines which shall be electronic type and high quality with pneumatic manual filling heads and their accessories installed on the Carousel. The compressed air and suitable electric power will supply each machine from the central distributor of the Carousel. - filling machine shall be of high accuracy and durability ,and suitable for the LPG applied pressure. also they shall attain the complete tightness to prevent the gas leakage during the connecting and disconnecting processes and each machine shall include as a minimum the following: - Computer scale consists of adjustable operating panel with digital screen and start button that connected to the necessary circuit to transfer the data between central computer and scale . this computer will display the number of the filled cylinders and the weight of the filled gas in the cylinders and the class of protection will be IP55 at least. - A platform frame and power supply plug that must be of tight , corrosion and deformation resistant type during the work. - A platform with a distributor for suspending the filling head. - panel with valves to control the flow capacity. - electronically/ pneumatically controlled shut of gas valve. - the machines works on the weight principle. - each macine shall equipped by necessary connections for the compressed air , gas, hoses ,junction boixes ,cables ...etc. 4 - automatic inlet unit in a synchronizing manner with the provided rotation tower ( Carousel ) and existed chain conveyor , the requird speed is 1100/1200 cylinder/hour. - This unit shall has a property that it dos’nt take another acylinder if one existed on the filling machine. 5- Automatic outlet unit for filled cylinders that should not eject the cylinders until the filling head removed .Their movment must in a synchronizing with rotation speed of the provided rotation tower ( Carousel ) and cylinder filled. 6- Replacing the existed floor concrete foundation for the rotation tower ( Carousel ) and executing a new one including all civil works (materials and works) to be compatible with the new supplied equipment arrangement. 7- All needed modifications / changes on the existed chain conveyors and on the other bottling unit parts is contractor responsibility to be ensure that the supplied Carousel will work in a best conditions and safe mode. 8- All needed works /required materials to connect the compressed air,LPG gas , and electricity from existed facility to their destination on the supplied equipment is contractor responsibility. 9- Supply on line water basin with all it’s accessories to put it in the service including materials ,works and all needed modifications on the floor (civil works ), it shall designed by submerging the filled cylinder completely in a water basin while it is in vertical position on the conveyor ,taking in considerations previously mentioned cylinders dimensions with different diameters in 3%. - the water basin shall manufactured to realize the condition of accuracy and durability and to detect any leakage without obstructing the unit work. - there shall be a harmony between water basin and conveyor ,so all the filled cyliners shall be tested without any obstructing for the unit work. - executing all civil works and needed modifications on the existed chain conveyor and supplying new conveyor ( if needed ) to put the supplied water basin in actual service. - executing second chain conveyor as a by pass for water basin conveyor erected in parallel(by pass) used in an emergency cases. 10- executing all needed modification on the main LPG gas line (feed gas ) to the supplied rotation tower ( Carousel ) including works and materials. - supply and install automatic SDV valve on the main LPG gas line. - supply and install automatic SDV valve on reflex gas line. - supply and install pressure regulating valve between main LPG gas line and reflex gas line. - supply and install hand valves one on the main LPG gas line and the second on reflex gas line. 11- Supply five /5/ complete filling machines ( same the installed on the carousel ) as a spare which shall be ready to install on the carousel when needed. 12- Supply spare parts that need to operate and maintain the provided carousel and all instruments for two years normal operation. 13-Supply special tools which are specifically designed for maintenance and calibration of equipments. 14- Provisional Acceptance Certificate (PAC) will be issued after successful 15 days continuous operation. 15- Guarantee period one year from the date of issuance the PAC. 16- Delivery and execution period is : /6/ six months from the date of commencement order. |
