| Scope | Scope of services shall include but not be limited to the following activities: 1- Delivery, installation, testing, commissioning of silence type Generating set certified for operation in Hazardous Area (Zone 1 or Div 2) for oil and gas industry (onshore and offshore) of different capacities and sizes as defined in the Call-off order, including its complete setup and maintenance (routine / breakdown) services during the hire period. The manufacturing date of any of the supplied generators supplied by the contractor should not exceed two years. 2- Submission of all necessary datasheets, calibration certificates Integrity certificates, third party certificates, copy of the insurance along with the supplied Generators. 3- To provide all the consumables, tools, resources including but not limited to greasing, lubrication, parts replacement to rectify problem of Generating Set during the entire hire period from the mobilization date of the subject generator set. 4- Supply of the normal standard cable length should be provided with generating set for extension cable. Provided cables must be tested with a label showing test date and the next test due date. 5- Ensure that the generators provided are in good working conditions, fit for purpose and efficient to provide continuous operations without any interruption. Acceptance of any Generator set supplied by Contractor shall be subject to the company Safety Inspection and all the safety requirements, such as but not limited to mufflers, spark arresters, and sound attenuators all as applicable. 6- To provide maintenance and support services of all the supplied Generating set . Contractor shall be responsible to attend and fix any fault that may occur to the Generating Set within Four Hour (4) of prior notification without any extra cost to Company. Contractor should keep comprehensive parts Inventory for quick fixing of problems and to avoid any down time due to repair .Should Contractor fails to repair the faulty generator within the 4 hours , then the Contractor at his own cost shall arrange to mobilize another alternate Generating set. (the company will not compensate the contractor for the downtime). 7- Should the company identified that the faulty generator set is critical to its operation , then the contractor shall immediately arrange to replace the subject generator set without waiting the 4 hours for repair. 8- All Mobilization and demobilization arrangement for the Generating set and operator (if any) to and from the company site including all the associated transportation / Logistical services. Generating Set Requirments / Technical Specifications: - Contractor shall provide any of the under listed generators from time to time by the company with given specification; 415 V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz silence type - Generator Capacity: 50 KVA, 60 KVA, 75 KVA, 100 KVA, 125 KVA, 135 KVA, 150 KVA, 185 KVA, 200 KVA, 250 KVA, 315 KVA, 360 KVA, 500 KVA, 600 KVA, 800 KVA, 1000 Gallons Fuel tank, 5000 Gallons Fuel Tank,800 AMPS ATS Panel Board, 1200 AMPS ATS Panel Board, 1500 AMPS ATS Panel Board - All Generating set provided by Contractor should be fit for purpose , in good condition to perform the desired services at any of the company facilities. - Generating Diesel set should have minimum two independent Earthing Points. Earth points must be clearly labeled and show current test date. - Terminal should be suitable for terminating cables with single Hold lug. - Adequate Number of wheels, Trolley mounted, and pulling facility. - Adequate lifting Hooks / I Bolts. - Generating Set should have sufficient Fuel storage capacity to run for minimum 12 hour in one fill. - Diesel Tank should have sufficient fuel for running first minimum 10 hour and free from leaks. - Up to 350 KVA diesel generator shall be transported with built in crane facility vehicle to facilitate prompt loading/unloading. - Generator sets supplied shall have provision of neutral to use further (if required). - ATS Panels – must have been manufactured and have a current test certificate in accordance with IEC 60947 and IEC 60439 - Evidence of thermo-graphic testing of the ATS, at full load, should be provided that no less than 6 months old showing no defects present. - During the hire period , Should the company identified that any of the supplied Generator set is not accepted due to reasons attributed to mechanical breakdown, poor performance and unsafe operation/ issues for site work , then Contractor shall replace the subject generator set with another set accepted to the company without any extra cost to Company. - Acceptance of generating set will be subject to the company inspection carried out by our safety inspection personal to check the condition and safety requirement. |
