Scope | Supply (tubes & elbows) for regeneration gas heaters. Contractor shall supply seamless cold- drawn carbon steel tubes and elbows for high temperature service according, but not limited to the following conditions: 1- Supply seamless cold drawn tubes of carbon steel NPS 4", schedule 40 per ASTM A 106gradeB, finned tubes (fins is G type) and bare tubes in addition to welded return bends (elbows 180º) large radius and small radius of carbon steel NPS 4", schedule40 per ASTM A 234 grade WPB, all material shall be sour gas service and comply with NACE MR 01 75 (latest Revision). 2- Referenced documents ASTM. 3-General specification requirements acc. to current edition of specification ASTM A530 and all test documents, should be witnessed and stamped by( manufacturer and third party inspection international company) 4-All tubes shall heat treatment after the final cold draw pass at temperature of 1200 º F (650 ºC) or higher according documented procedure. 5-An analysis of each heat of steel shall be made by the steel manufacturer to determine the percentage of the elements acc to chemical composition. 6- An analysis (product analysis) two Tubes from each lot of 400 lengths or fraction shall be made by the manufacturer. 7-Each length of tube shall be subjected to the hydrostatic test in accordance with Specification a 530 without leakage through the tube wall. 8- In addition to hydrostatic test NDE (nondestructive electric test) the fully body of each pipe shall be tested with practice E 213, E309, or E570. The marking of each Length of pipe so furnished shall included the letters "NDE" the certification shall State "Nondestructive Electric Test "and shall indicate which of the test was applied (eddy current, ultrasonic test& radio graphic test). 9- The tube shall be one piece and no jointers are permitted. 10-All tube ends shall be plain – end beveled. 11- Tubes shall be provided in the normalized heat treated condition. 12- All tubes ends should be protected by rubber or steel cups. 13- Each tube shall have on his external surface a legible mill coding as type and grade of material, tubes diameter, material grade, pressure testing, heat no. , wall Thickness, standard, manufacture in accordance the mill test certificates, country of origin... 14-Delivary time: 3 months FOB, 4 months CFR for External Bidder, 4months for local Bidder (in warehouse of directorate of exploitation gas in hassake). 15- Materials must be new and unused or renew 16- Guarantee period: one calendar year starting from receiving the goods to D.E.G.H.S Warehouse and issue provisional acceptance. 17- Packing, marking, and loading: Acc to ASTM. And the material should butted in Wooden boxes to protect the fines from damage during loading and storage.
