| Scope | Supply of flowline hook-up kits with stocking option. The proposed contract is planned to commence in q4 of 2012 and remain active for three (3) year duration with an option of one (1) year extension. The work/service to be provided in these proposed contracts include but not limited to the following: General The flowline acts as a conduit between the wellhead and the flow station manifold. It must be able to withstand the pressure of the hydrocarbon flowing from the well, as well as the natural degradation resulting from corrosion. In the company, there are standard drawings that correctly model these flowlines both for land and swamp locations as well as for the various pressure regimes within which our well operate. The standard flowline Hook-Up is essentially a system of pipes, valves, flanges, insulating joints, reducers etc. The scope of work will include the contractor procuring Flowline HOOK UP KITs which include but are not limited to the following categories: Hook-up kit description 4 inch 600lb Land 4 inch 600lb Swamp 6 inch 600lb Land 6 inch 600lb Swamp 4 inch 1500lb Land 4 inch 1500lb Swamp 6 inch 1500lb Land 6 inch 1500lb Swamp Each component of the Hook-Up kit will be procured with a mill certificate from the company approved manufacturer. The scope of work to be provided by the supplier in this proposal shall be strictly to purchase and supply Flowline hook –up kits for production maintenance and project needs. There is a stocking option which can be utilised as the need arises. This scope does not cover the installation, commissioning of the kits. Installation will be executed by the approved flowline contractors under the supervision of the company’s facilities engineer. The scope of this contract is as follows; 1- The supplier shall provide Flowline Hook-up Kits parts and other materials in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. The materials to be provided shall generally consist of all Flowline Hook-up Kits parts and other materials necessary and incidental to the successful completion of the supply to the company locations as specified in our purchase orders, and based on the rates/prices agreed by both parties. 2- The provision of Flowline Hook-up Kits parts and other materials shall be performed strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract and such further the company instructions in that regard. 3- The supplier warrants that the Procurement and supply of Flowline Hook up Kits parts and other materials shall be performed in a safe manner to the required standard by properly skilled personnel and that materials supplied will be new and free from defects, and suitable for their intended use and in compliance with the specified technical specifications. 4- The supplier guarantees the company quality Flowline Hook-up Kits parts and other materials and immediate response to all authorized purchase orders. 5- The supplier shall have the capacity to stock flowline hook up kits at agreed rates as and when required by the company and in accordance with the company Safety standards 6- The Stocking requirement shall as required by the company as indicated in an authorized Purchase order. The period of stocking shall also be clearly indicated in an authorized Purchase Order. 7- The supplier shall rectify/replace or re-perform the defective materials at no extra cost to the company so that they are in compliance with the Agreement as per standards and specifications. This shall also apply to items that are stocked with the supplier 8- The supplier shall ensure that his personnel are capable of speaking, understanding, reading and writing in English Language. 9- The supplier shall supply and stock (as required) Flowline Hook-up Kits parts and other materials in accordance with the company Safety standards during delivery. 10- The supplier shall be responsible for solving any problems and/or delays in the replacement of defective products. He will keep. The company informed at all times on the delivery status of order placed. |
