Scope | Contractor shall supply and operate three (3) Helicopters. Helicopter No. 1 Type of Helicopter: A. Bell 412EP helicopter manufactured by Bell Helicopters Textron Inc., powered with P&W PT6T-3DF Twin-Pac Engine, offshore utility configuration OR B. AW139 helicopter manufactured by Augusta Westland powered with two P&W PT6C-67C Engine, offshore utility configuration. OR C. S-76D helicopter manufactured by Sikorsky, powered with P&W PW210S Engine, offshore utility configuration. Seating Configuration: Standard airline seating 12-15 passengers, plus 2 Pilot seats with individual inertia reel shoulder harness system. Minimum Equipment on board the Helicopter: A- Installed Accessories: 1- Dual Pilot Control and Dual Instrumentation 2- AFCS (Automatic Flight Control System) Dual Digital AFCS w/ dual Flight Directors 3- Rotor Brake 4- Twin Aviation VHF Transceivers covering 118 to 137 MHz 5- Maritime Transceiver with built-in DTMF, CTCSS squelch/encoder 6- Global Positioning System - Free Flight Systems 2101 I/O GPS integrated to FD,HIS & ELT 7- Automatic Direction Finder System 8- VOR /LOC x 2 NAV.
