Scope | Complete Package Waste water Treatment Units for THY-QUAR& MESSAN Refineries (Turn key job) The contractor shall furnish and install complete and ready for operation two packages each 40m³/hr (two trains), for each project (total will be 4 packages) and they will have the same following produced water quality. The treatment plant shall be a model prefabricated steel packages manufactured by VENDOR. This technical specification refers to the supply of an oily waste water treatment unit to be installed at THYQUAR& MESSAN REFINERIES. the system shall be designed for treating a total of 1920 m3 per day(each project) of the below shown industrial raw oily waste water. The plant shall be designed to handle average daily flows fluctuating in the range of 60% to 100% of design flow. The peak hourly flow rates will not exceed 150% of design flow. The complete system shall include all necessary equipment for efficient plant operation. The WWTP is designed to treat oily waste water from different crude oil units, having following main characteristics: Plant influent fluid characteristics oily waste water: BOD5 200 mg/l COD 1000 mg/l TSS 1000 mg/l OIL, Grease & wax 20,000 mg/l pH 4.0 – 9.5 K+ (5-10)mg/l PO4 (1.0-2.5 ) mg/l TDS (1500 – 3000) mg/l Sulphides 4 mg/l TUR (10 – 50) NTU |
