Scope | The company invites experienced Well Control Specialist Services Contractors who can also meet the Mandatory Requirements listed below to collect the following Tender document: Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, personnel and materials to perform the Services required under this agreement. The work will consist of the following: call off work – Routine Engineering Services when required and Emergency Response Services, on a Call Off basis. Mandatory Requirements: - Bidder confirms they can meet the commencement date to supply company offshore and onshore Well Control Specialist Services by February 01, 2013. - Bidder shall nominate in their tender submission individuals with actual field experience in providing Well Control Specialist Services with a minimum of fifteen (15) years acceptable experience in controlling oil/gas well blowouts and extinguishing oil/gas well fires. - Bidder shall demonstrate in their tender submission a minimum of ten (10) years Middle East Experience. - Bidder shall demonstrate in their tender submission a minimum of fifteen (15) years in both onshore and offshore well control situations. - Bidder shall demonstrate in their tender submission a minimum of fifteen (15) years with drilling directional relief wells. - Bidder shall demonstrate in their tender submission a minimum of five (5) years in controlling high-rate sour gas wells. - Bidder shall commit to provide support and have presence within the Arabian Gulf Region, prior to Commencement Date of the Services. - Bidder shall demonstrate and submit in their tender submission only suitable, qualified and experienced Well Control Specialists with global technical support. - Bidder shall demonstrate in their Tender submission that they have the capability of providing Emergency Response Equipment and Services. - Bidder shall have an established Quality Management System in place that meets the company requirements. - Bidder commits and confirms that equipment furnished under the Scope of this contract shall be manufactured in accordance with internationally recognized standards where available for that equipment. - Bidder shall demonstrate in their tender submission that they have an established Safety, Health and Environment Program in place which as a minimum, conforms to OHSAS 18001:2007 / ISO 14001:2004 or similar Standards as applicable. - Bidder shall provide, with Unpriced Tender, a Bid Bond for the value of US$ 300,000 plus a Bank Certificate agreeing to furnish a Performance Bond of 10% of the contract value, if awarded the contract. |
