Scope | Supply and install Prefabrication substation with specification as follows: a. Complete design and install of all work for prefabricated substation. b. Exterior: 18-guage minimum, G90 galvanized steel wall panels with interlocking, self-framing design. c. Exterior: NEMA 3R protection. d. Exterior: DuPont Corlar® modified polyamide epoxies and Imron® Direct-To-Metal (DTM) polyurethanes are used for durability and corrosion-resistance. e. Exterior: Galvanized steel interlocking roof panels with height variance for overhead busway, cable tray, wireway and bulkhead plates. f. Exterior: Access and equipment doors featuring double wall doorway construction with brushed aluminum panic hardware g. Interior: 18-guage minimum, G90 galvanized steel sheet. h. Interior:1/4" smooth steel plate flooring welded to base, coated with skidresistant epoxy. i. Interior: thermal and acoustic insulation for floor, walls and ceiling j. Roof HVAC, pressurization and filtration choices, including NFPA 496 pressurization and C1/D2 classification according to specification listed in Supply and install MV 33KV GIS Switchgear with specification as follows: a. Rated voltage 36KV, 50Hz and service voltage 33KV, 50Hz. b. Fixed mounted circuit breaker switchgears type SIEMENS/8DA10, 3 poles, metal-enclosed, metal-clad and gas insulated switchgears for indoor installation. c. Motorizes and manual three position switch operation ( disconnected as busbar disconnected and feeder earthing switch), Separate operating shafts for the "Disconnecting" and "ready to earth" functions, same sense of rotation for the "Close" or "Open" functions Motor operating mechanism. d. Standard degree of protection IP65 (primary parts) and IP3XD (secondary parts). c. Complete logical mechanical interlocking system. d. Insulating gas SF6 and single pole metal enclosed. e. Florescent lighting with door limit switch for LT compartment. f. Cable connection with inside-cone plug-in system (3 plug size 3) and gasinsulated bars. g. mechanical C.B operation additional to protection relay operation. h. Complete logical mechanical interlocking system. i. Make proof earthing with vacuum interrupter circuit breaker. j. Short circuit breaking current: 31 KA /3s. k. Copper bus bar rated: 2000A l. Control voltage 110VDC. m. Under PLC controlling and monitoring Supply and install MV 3.3KV AIS Switchgear with specification as follows: a. Metal clad air insulated switchgear and have to be installed in existing substation. b. Air insulated circuit breaker, Vacuum interrupter, motorized charged and drawable type C.B. c. Service voltage 3.3KV, 50Hz, 3Ph. d. Breaking capacity 31.5KA/1sec minimum. e. Copper bus bar rated 1250A. f. Control voltage 110VDC. g. Charging motor voltage110VDC. h. Anti condensate heater and motor’s space heater: 220VAC. i. Protection degree: IP3X. j. Protection relay should be multifunction microprocessor based with MIMIC LCD monitoring for parameters and events, flush mounted with local PC’s communication port to pre-set all parameters, power supply 110VDC, In:5A for protection, Vn:110V, 50Hz for under voltage protection relays with ON\OFF and L\R button with Profibus communication protocol additional to 6 RTD have to be connected to the protection relay. Supply and install DC battery charger rectifier a. Complete with set of Ni-Cad batteries b. Input supply: 3ph, 380V, 50Hz from ASB c. Output supply: 75A, 110VDC d. MCB 2-poles for output supply (Qty: 16). e. Microprocessor based DC battery charger controller with flush mounted with local PC’s communication port to pre-set all parameters and has to be connected to local PLC by hot redundant Profibus. f. DC system design has to be approved in approval meeting (2.1.x). g. All software and program have to be original and licensed on CD or DVD for software with connection cables and adapters in two copies h. DC rectifier will be instilled in prefabrication substation. Supply and install Automation System 1. Local PLC system a. Redundant Profibus connection. b. Hot redundant power supply and hot redundant processor for PLC. c. Hot standby (hot redundant) (two PLC set) PLC system. d. Power supply of PLC is 110 VDC. e. PLC input\output voltage 24VDC. f. Full administrator controlling and monitoring of plant. g. Full operator controlling and monitoring of plant. h. Automation system has to be approved in approval meeting (2.1.x). 2. Human Machine Interface (HMI) a. Graphic station for operator dialogue application with cambered processing. b. specification at least : Back-lit colour TFT LCD 17” via keypad, 20GB hard disk, more than 500 MB Ram, 30 dynamic function, 40 static function, alphanumeric keys, pointer device, external keypad connection, pc connection, Windows XP and more than 1024 alarm pages or better. c. The HMI fixed in the door of the individual cubical of PLC d. Ethernet connection with PLC systems. e. Power supply of HMI is 110 VDC. f. Full administrator controlling and monitoring of plant. g. Full operator controlling and monitoring of plant. 3. Power control and monitoring SCADA a. This power controlling and monitoring SCADA use to control and monitor all electrical equipments. |
