| Scope | Gas distribution station improvement works within qp gas operations (mesaieed). QP requires to carryout the following projects: Part A Construction of ambulance parking shade at Mesaieed Medical Center located in MIC Areas New ambulance parking shade structure shall be 27.80 meters long x 8.80 meters wide and consist of six (6) ambulance parking bays. The building will be enclosed on the rear and both sides by block wall and by automatic roller shutter doors on the front side. The roof shall be constructed of rigid steel frame members. The roof sheeting shall be profiled, coated, aluminum, sandwich type including the flashing, gutter, downspout, etc. The building shall be provided with proper drainage system around the building and equipped with complete lighting facilities, power supply, air conditioning system and fire/smoke detection system. Part B GDS Improvement Works within Qatar Petroleum (QP), Gas Operations Areas Construction of access road to QP Salwa Culvert including installation vehicle and man entry gates at both end of the culvert, drainage works at Culvert 17/1, 17/2, 17/3, 17/6, 17/4 & 17/5, Culvert 24/1 & 24/2, Culvert 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 & 10. Civil improvement works, interlocking paving, drainage system & fencing works at Station S Removal of existing old fence and replace with new palisade fence, interlocking paving works, drainage works, road surfacing on the peripheral road at Satellite Station. Interlocking paving works at Station S3 Road surfacing on the peripheral road, Interlocking paving on the unpaved areas & drainage works at 72SVBV41 including the tie-in the asphalt resurfacing to the existing asphalt at 72SBV41J. Drainage works, interlocking paving on the unpaved areas and construction of assembly point at Station SR2. Drainage works, interlocking paving on the unpaved areas, construction of assembly point, road surfacing on the peripheral road at Station 72SBV1, 72SBV2. 72SBV31 and V. Construction of operator room and drainage works, interlocking paving on the unpaved areas, construction of assembly point, road surfacing on the peripheral road at 72SBV4 Restoration of the pipeline berm by raising the level with selected fill materials including trimming and compaction and sand removal blocking pipeline corridor (ROW) and installation pipeline identification boards of all the pipelines inside the MIC areas. Road resurfacing at Wakrah Station access road. |
