| Scope | Supply of high pressure water and sand blasting machine specially design to clean surface wall and pipe or heat exchangers with either water or water and water and sand at pressure up to (2500 - 3000) bar with 30m hose long. 1. Engine: - mobile track mounted machine carried on four-wheel diesel engine with tropical zone radiator and flame arrestor. Maximum power (125-200) hp. 2. pump: - three or four plungers could give maximum pressure (2500-3000) bar and flow rate (4-8) gpm. 3. gauge: - fuel, temperature, oil, water pressure, working hour and own ad high temperature indicator and emergency shutdown system. 4. Wall cleaning machine: - specially designed to clean walls (concrete or steel) with either water or water and sand to remove rust, dust, sludge, painting and nonskid coating this machine should equipped with hanged system and adjustable chain of 10m long for easy control and work this machine operate at pressure up to (2500-3000) bar. 5. Deck blasting machine (surface cleaner): - working at flat surface such as (concrete or steel) self propelled full controlled of rotation and drive (forward, off, reveres) speed and (water or water and sand) on/off, rotation on/off, this machine should be design to clean the tank surface and all the dimension should be compatible with the main way of the tank diameter (the diameter is not more than 60 cm) the machine should be design to clean polyurethane, rust, dust, nonskid coating and hydrocarbons and work at pressure up to ( 2500-3000) bar. 6. Rotary powered lancing machine: specially designed to clean tubular structure such as heat exchanger and pipe and others. The machine should work at pressure up to (2500-3000) bar the lance advance into the tube using variable speed air van motor and water stream exits through small orifices in the nozzle tip. (Should give four recommended nozzle tip according to the type of use (outside, inside) direct and splash cleaning ( double lance type). 7. Lite lance: - hand - held tool which is that direct with high pressure water for cutting stripping and cleaning for typical application for surface preparation for painting, stripping corrosion and over spray residue and removing grease and other hydrocarbons particles (all recommended socket should be provided). Overall length of extruded main carriage ( 7.75 - 8.25 ) m and adjustable standoff bars with clamps made of steel support frame of length (7.5 - 8) m and manual un index ( xy ) positioning of stroke length ( 7 - 7.5 ) m and operator control stand with rotation control speed , ( 0 -1500) rmp and fail safe pneumatic water on/off valve and max travel speed ( 60 - 65 ) m/s . 8. Special (water and sand) lance: - hand - held tool which is that direct with high pressure water and sand at pressure up to ( 2500-3000 ) bar for cleaning painting i rust i dust and hydrocarbons particles. 9. Rotation lance: - is rotation hand - held tool that direct with high pressure water up to (2500-3000) bar for industrial cleaning i dust i rust i and hydrocarbon removal of damaged surface preparation for coating or painting and stripping corrosion and over spray which powered by intensifier puivip. |
