| Scope | The work/ services to be provided in this proposal shall include but not limited to provision of suitably qualified / certified personnel for quality control & inspection services, covering mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, civil and HSE, Onshore & Offshore. The scope of envisaged services will include: • Quality Control inspection at work sites, • Assessment of contractor quality plans • Pre-mob reviews of contractor QMS • Workshop fabrication quality inspection • Statutory inspection and certification of pressure vessels, tanks, relief valves, piping systems, etc. • Lifting equipment & Rope Access inspection (Onshore & Offshore) • Verification of contractors’ compliance with approved specifications and procedures. • Certify, audit and monitor the performance of companies providing NDT services to SPDC, including their procurement, storage, transportation, use and disposal of radioactive sources. • NDT, structural, mechanical, civil, soil and other quality / integrity tests, etc • Monitoring and reporting of Non-Conformance and Corrective Actions |
