| Scope | Supply of QTY:2 Nos. Tractors & 2 Nos. Trailers (A)Batch Mixing Trailer : Heavy Duty 100 Bbl Capacity batch mixer Trailer with Two Rear axles and Eight Tires designed for mixing oilfield slurries such as drilling mud , displacement fluids , cement slurries and spacers with the following technical specifications : 1- Single Deck Engine ( CAT 3126B or Equivalent ) with four hydraulic pumps power pack mounted on rubber isolators on the gooseneck portion of the trailer of less noise and maintenance access to both sides of the engine. 2- Two recirculation and boosting centrifugal pumps powered hydraulically with fixed –displacement piston motors. 3- Two 50 bbls batch tanks with agitators powered hydraulically capable for variable speed control up to 135 rpm .Each batch tank includes two clean in-place spray nozzles to assist in scrubbing and washing the tanks after the job is completed. The batch tanks include large center opening hatches with removable lids to allow access to the inside of the tanks. 4- Operator Platform with control stand. 5- Personnel can safely stand and work on top of the flat – top batch tanks as well as place sacks or buckets of material , walk ways with Grating, Foldable Handrails and access Ladders. 6- Hopper and Elbows assembly for the blower hose can remain permanently mounted on top of the tank. 7- Trailer includes an arrangement for the bulk blower hoses, each elbow assembly can be tied together in a Y configuration so that a single bulk hose from the bulk truck can feed either batch tank. 8- One integrated 100 gallons diesel tank and 60 gallons hydraulic tank mounted under platform with easy fill access. 9- The Unit includes storage for up to 100 feet of suction hose and / or bulk hose , along with storage capacity for loose iron and high-pressure hoses. 10- The Unit should be furnished with Non-Radioactive Denso meter and Mass Flow meter provides density of a fluid as an output parameter. 11- Shot Blast , paint prep, epoxy primer and acrylic urethane top coat with choise of color scheme. (B) Tractor Unit : Heavy Duty 235 KW Engine or equivalent, 6x4 with sleeper cabin, air conditioned, with standard road width and height. |
