| Scope | Brief Scope of Services: a)Contractor shall conduct site survey of NGL 3 & 4 alarm system, analyze and develop an Alarm Management Philosophy, Document and Rationalize tags [approximately 10,000] which includes reconfiguration of alarms, procure, install and configure PSS Audit and Enforcement module and layout proper procedures for testing. b) PAS's Plant State Suite (PSS) software is currently installed as part of the Real Time Process Information Management System (RTPIMS) and can be utilized to implement the required Alarm Management System. However for this, PAS's PSS Audit and Enforcement module needs to be procured, installed and configured to facilitate implementation. c)The Contract Duration will be twenty- four (24) calendar months from the Effective Date. |
