| Scope | Scope Of Work. The scope of work for the services shall include but not limited to: 1. Deploy fibre to the home to meet the following conditions (the medium of traffic from the home to internet Shall only be Fibre): - Cater for a capacity for 300 users delivering 6Mbps speed per user (upload/download) - Monthly data capacity of at least 40GB with at least 15GB for day browsing and 25GB for night browsing per user. - With telephony capability at competitive rates - Unused data roll over at the end of the month - User data consumption monitoring capability. - VPN capability - Data usage alerts with agreed set thresholds. - Total Latency from customer premises to internet (www.yahoo.com or www,google.com) shall not exceed 150ms. 2.
