Scope | Upgrading the existing Nitrogen gas system (unit 320) in order to increase amounts of nitrogen gas production rate needed for existing NGL recovery plant facilities (750 Nm3/hr, purity: 1 % oxygen) during the normal operations and (1800 Nm3/hr, purity: 3 % oxygen) during plant planned shutdowns, hence maximum current daily production rate of existing system about (300 Nm3/hr). The scope of work should include Implementation of EPIC project phase on Turn-Key basis (Basic design review, Detailed. Eng, Procurement, Material supply, Construction & Installation, Comm. and Start-up), covering the following: 1. Overhauling / Improvement the existing nitrogen gas system (train1) with capacity of (1200 Nm3/hr), include: Replacing parts of existing equipments {Adsorption media (molecular sieve, butterfly valves, PCV & on-off valve, drain system of compressors lines), Installation of new equipments {water-cooled refrigeration dryer, local PLC, safety, valves) and Dismantling & Removal parts of existing equipments (cooling water, refrigeration drying ). 2. Installing of new nitrogen gas system (train 2) in parallel with existing one with Design capacity of (1800 Nm3/hr) and shall be designed to produce 400 Nm3/h Instrument Air & 200 Nm3/h Service Air. 3. Installing of new nitrogen gas distribution pipeline from A-100 NGL plant to oil center (PWTRF) Produced Water Treatment & Re-injection Facilities with pipeline size of (3”) & and length of (1,350 m) include required accessories. |
