| Scope | The Scope of Work comprises provision of assistance to Exploration Group, Field Development Groups and Reservoir Management Team to conduct surface and subsurface studies and assessments related to reservoir management activities. This scope shall include the following but not limited to: a) Assist Reservoir Management, Exploration and FD Groups to conduct surface and subsurface studies related to Exploration & Production. b) Better optimization of consultancy services. c) Effective cost management. d) Strategic development planning project. e) Reservoir management optimization study. f) Create production improvement initiatives i.e. unconventional resources. g) Conduct peer review requirements for special topics ( Ex: pre E-2-P transfer to assets peer review). h) Post project appraisal. i) Accelerate the development of minor reservoirs. j) Support development of CDP & FDP for newly transferred discovery to help new oil TFT to achieve their objectives. k) Conduct special studies i.e. completion design for unconventional resources. |
